As an organisation that regularly stages events and performance throughout the year it is essential we have a first rate policy in place to deal with our guests whether paying or not. Our External Visitors policy is designed to ensure visitors to our events are given the best possible care and treatment while ensuring the highest enjoyment for all patrons. This policy applies to anyone not covered by our enrolment policy (for example anyone not a registered member). Our policy is updated bi-annually.
